From Admin → Venues, add the playing site. Then go to New Tournament, pick a discipline and rule template, list players, and generate the bracket.

On each tablet, open /kiosk. It will display a 6-digit pairing code. In Admin → Devices, enter the code, assign a venue + table number, and label the device.

Tablets stay locked to their assigned table across reloads. Use the on-tablet PIN (default 0000) to exit kiosk mode.

From Admin → Floor, dispatch upcoming matches to free tables. Players see them on the kiosk, run the chess clock, and submit results when finished.

Approve or correct results in Admin → Verify. Approving a winner advances the bracket automatically.

For OBS overlays, copy the URL from Admin → Streaming and add it as a Browser Source at 1920×1080 with transparency.

Spectators can follow live brackets at /tournaments and watch any active match at /live.

The first signup becomes super admin and can grant roles to others. Staff (staff, tournament_director, admin, super_admin) can edit tournaments, players, venues, and rules. Players can only watch.

All admin actions are recorded in Admin → Audit Log.

Open this site in Chrome or Safari on the tablet, then choose “Add to Home Screen”. The app launches full-screen straight into kiosk mode.
